Cut down on the carbs and processed foods, ditch the shell!
2 pounds ground meat (I use buffalo and turkey)
2 garlic cloves minced
1/4 small onion chopped
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon ground coriander
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Brown meat, garlic and onions
Add spices
Add 1/3 cup water
Simmer until tender
Make a salad with chopped romaine, fresh salsa, cheese, sour cream (or substitute plain greek yogurt!) add avocados , spring onions and jalapeños!
