Understanding that our bodies are really three parts, (body, spirit and mind) is a great place to start. Starting on the ground level is a way of coming to understand life, the universe, and all who sail in her.

Learning to use your mind to stimulate your body and well being is something that must be practiced, but can help eliminate the use of foreign prescriptions that the body really is not prepared for. Most prescriptions (and I am not suggesting that one not go to a Dr) are made with the premise of masking or eleviating what the body can do on it's own in some circumstances. Did you know that simple breathing techniques can lower blood pressure, and calm the nervous system, induce a better sleeping patterns, along with allowing the body's muscle structure to stretch a little further then normal range? With strectching properly, one can even align the spine if done correctly!

Here is one technique to try that can help with the energy flow in your body, and create a more grounded effect on your wellbeing: Simply lie in bed at night and activate the warm power you can detect by feeling the palm area of your hands. Rest your hands on your abdomen, palms down, and beam the energy from your palms to feel it flowing through to the base of your spine.

The whole thing is to be comfortable enough to drift off to sleep while allowing the energy to run through your lower spine. How will you feel when you wake up? More grounded, relaxed , and happy. Why? Because this area of your body has to do with feelings of safety and security. No matter how you perceive "safety and security". It really doesn't matter, for you see, when you let go, and relax, and let the Universe take care of you, it is no longer a place that is scarey. You begin to realize that just for today, you have a roof over your head, food on the table, and a few dollars in your pocket. Life is great! All your primary needs are being met.

Eventually, you will begin to realize that you always managed to provide these things for yourself. Yes, it may have been difficult, and by the hair of your chin, but you are still here. There is no reason to think this will ever stop. Allow yourself to trust yourself, and the universe you live in.

Doing this excersise will help balance these feelings  of insecurity, and we all have them. Just know that the issue will be resolved, for your highest good, and the highest good of all concerned. The hardest part is the "trust". Even if a negative solution seems to be presenting itself, just continue to trust in the outcome. In a few short weeks, you will be looking back and thinking, "If things had not happened the way they did, it would not have been right." Don't face insecurity alone....Call upon your higher source, Enlist some divine help, and do not rely on faries, or angels, they are only second best! Go right to the top. Ask God. Get out a pen and paper, and write your fear away....Ask for help, and it will be sorted. Now leave it alone....and let it be. Stop worrying.....It will be for your highest good....
